A 100% or 50% down payment is required upfront application form are approved to secure your spot in the queue.

The remaining must be paid after sketch approval and before rendering begins.

Payment methods: Local clients QRIS / Bank Transfer (BNI) International clients VGen/PayPal (prices are adjusted to cover platform fees)

Prices are shown in IDR for locals and USD for international clients, and may vary based on detail level, background, or complexity.

No chargebacks or forced refunds. If there is an issue, please contact me directly to resolve it.

All commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

You may: post the artwork online with credit, use it as a profile picture, banner, or wallpaper.

You may not: claim the art as your own, edit, resell, or redistribute the artwork, merchandise (unless commercial rights are purchased), use the artwork for NFTs or AI training.

I, the artist, retain full rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to: display it in my portfolio, galleries, or social media, use it as a sample of my work unless you request privacy.

Send me a clear and detailed reference, along with your character pose/idea.

I will confirm the commission, price, and estimated completion time.

Once I start, you’ll receive WIPs at key stages (e.g., sketch, base color).

Final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution .jpg or .png via email or drive link.

Minor revisions during the sketch/ color stage are free (up to 2).

Major revisions after rendering (e.g., pose, outfit changes, redoing large parts) will require additional fees.

I may skip revisions or pause work if there’s no reply to an update message after a reasonable wait. In this case, I may continue with other queued commissions.

Estimated turnaround time is 2-6 weeks.

The estimated delivery date depends on your position in the queue.

I will inform you of your slot and expected delivery timeframe when I confirm your commission.

Delays may happen due to personal matters or busy queue, but I will always communicate them clearly.

Rush commissions may be accepted depending on my schedule.

Rush fees apply and vary based on the deadline.

I may decline commissions with tight deadlines if I’m unable to complete them on time

No cancellations or refunds once the sketch is started and delivered.

A full refund will only be issued if I’m unable to complete the commission.

I reserve the right to: refuse any commission without giving a reason, cancel and refund a commission due to unforeseen circumstances.
